Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-13

Provider

The "72hourai" project is operated by Georgios Thoidis, an independent individual based in Chamilo, Kilkis, Central Macedonia, Greece. Contact: 72Hourai@proton.me. "72hourai" is a personal project name and not a registered company. Engagements are entered into directly with Georgios Thoidis as a private individual.

Acceptance

By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Services

72hourai offers AI architecture, automation, and build services delivered on a fixed sprint schedule (typically 72 hours from project kickoff). Specific deliverables, scope, and timelines are confirmed per engagement before work begins.

Payment & Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable VAT/sales tax. Sprints commence after payment is confirmed and project inputs are received.

Client Responsibilities

The 72-hour timeline begins only after you have provided all required inputs (project brief, access credentials, assets, and timely feedback during the sprint). Delays caused by missing inputs or slow client response extend the delivery window accordingly.

Refunds & Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Sprints are bespoke digital services delivered on demand. Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Greek Consumer Protection Act (Law 2251/1994), by confirming your order and ticking the consent box at checkout, you expressly request that the service begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once work has started.

  • Before work starts: full refund available on request.
  • After work has started: no refunds, as the service is custom and non-returnable.
  • If we fail to deliver within the agreed window due to our fault, we will agree a remedy (extended delivery or partial refund) on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

Custom deliverables. Until final payment is received in full, all rights in the work product remain with us. Upon final payment, we assign to you the rights in the bespoke portions of the deliverables created specifically for your engagement, to the extent such rights are legally assignable.

Pre-existing materials. We retain all rights in our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, code libraries, prompts, methodologies, and general know-how. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use these as embedded in your deliverables.

Third-party & open-source components. Deliverables typically incorporate third-party software (e.g. React, Tailwind CSS, npm packages, AI SDKs) and open-source code licensed under terms such as MIT, Apache-2.0, or similar. These components are not owned by us and are not transferred to you; they remain governed by their original licences, which you agree to comply with.

AI-generated content. Deliverables may include output generated with the assistance of AI models. The legal status of copyright in purely AI-generated output is unsettled under EU and Greek law, and we make no warranty that such output is exclusively owned or copyrightable. You are responsible for any further compliance review (e.g. originality, training-data provenance) required for your specific use case.

Moral rights. Under Greek copyright law (Law 2121/1993), the author retains non-transferable moral rights. We do not require attribution in your end product but reserve the right to be identified as the author for reference purposes.

Portfolio & case-study right. Unless you object in writing before delivery, we may reference the engagement (your name, project type, high-level description, non-confidential screenshots) in our portfolio and marketing materials. Sensitive details remain confidential.

Site content. The 72hourai website, including its copy, design, the "Chaos Terminal" concept, and underlying code, is © Georgios Thoidis and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

Trademarks. "72hourai" is an unregistered trade name used by Georgios Thoidis.

Confidentiality

We treat client materials as confidential and do not disclose them to third parties except processors necessary to deliver the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to build systems intended for illegal activity, harassment, surveillance without consent, generation of harmful content, or any use that violates applicable law.

Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific sprint giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Mandatory consumer rights under Greek and EU law are not affected.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. Fees for work already performed remain due.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

Online Dispute Resolution

EU consumers may use the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
